Spiritwind is about 10 acres of sagebrush in northeastern Nevada. The herd runs about one-third MiniManchas and two-thirds Nigerians.
The does are milked and any kids not being sold for meat are bottle raised on a CAE prevention program. While distance prevents putting the herd on DHIR, they are on
self-test. The Nigerians are currently registered with AGS and will be cross registered with ADGA when available in 2005. The
MiniManchas are registered with MDGA.
